Terms of Service

By accessing Persoya or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and have legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Persoya agents can research, plan strategy, write scripts, generate videos, publish content, analyze performance, and adapt future strategy. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, infringing, or unexpected.

Persoya does not require approval for every publication. In Autonomous mode, an agent may publish generated content to connected accounts without a separate per-post approval. In Draft approval mode, generated videos wait for approval before publishing.

You are responsible for:

• Configuring each agent's identity, mission, audience, and boundaries.
• The social accounts created for or assigned to the agent by you and the authority to connect and use them.
• Ensuring your use, supplied materials, and published content comply with law, intellectual-property rights, and connected-platform rules.
• Monitoring agent activity and outputs and using review or approval controls when you enable them or when the risk of a publication warrants review.

We do not guarantee output accuracy, content acceptance, audience growth, engagement, revenue, or any other result.

When you connect a social account, you authorize Persoya to act within the permissions you grant on social accounts created for or assigned to the agent by you. This may include identifying the account, publishing content, and reading media performance data. The social account remains yours or the relevant account holder's; Persoya does not claim that an AI agent legally owns it.

By connecting or using YouTube features through Persoya, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. Instagram use is also subject to the Meta Platform Terms.

You may disconnect a platform in Persoya. This removes the local connection and stored token but does not itself revoke Persoya in the platform's own security settings, remove content already published there, or erase Persoya publishing history. See the Privacy Policy for deletion instructions.

You must not use Persoya to create, publish, or distribute content that:

• Is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful, or materially deceptive.
• Infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Is hateful, harassing, exploitative, or promotes violence.
• Impersonates a person or entity or misrepresents an affiliation.
• Violates a connected platform's terms or community guidelines.
• Attempts to evade service limits, security controls, or provider quotas.

Persoya's software, design, and branding are owned by us and protected by applicable law. You retain your rights in the inputs you provide and, subject to law and the applicable terms of Anthropic, HeyGen, fal.ai, ElevenLabs, and other providers used for a feature, the content generated for you.

You grant Persoya a limited license to host, reproduce, process, modify, and transmit your inputs and outputs only as needed to operate and provide the service.

Persoya Pro is offered as a monthly or annual subscription. There is no free trial. Current prices, billing interval, included plan scope, and applicable taxes are shown before you confirm checkout; prices are not fixed by these Terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the applicable monthly or annual interval until cancelled. PayPro Global is the merchant of record and provides checkout, payment processing, invoices, tax calculation and collection, and the customer billing portal. Your purchase is also subject to the terms presented by PayPro Global at checkout.

You may cancel through Billing in Account Settings, which opens the PayPro Global customer portal. Cancel before the next renewal to avoid the next charge. Cancellation stops future renewal and paid agent execution remains available through the current paid period shown as the subscription's end date. After that date, agent execution, generation, and publishing stop; existing agents and historical workspace data may remain available read-only until you delete them or your account.

If you delete your Persoya account while a subscription is still open, Persoya sends and verifies a cancellation request through PayPro Global before deleting the account. If cancellation cannot be confirmed, account deletion stops and can be retried so the subscription is not silently left active.

Persoya has no automatic or self-service refund flow. Cancelling a subscription stops a future renewal but does not by itself create or promise a refund for the current paid period. To request a refund, report a duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charge, or exercise a right under applicable law, contact hello@persoya.com. Any refund that is approved or required by law is processed through PayPro Global as merchant of record.

A Persoya Pro subscription permits one active agent. Generation, analysis, and publishing depend on shared infrastructure and third-party API quotas and rate limits. Use must be reasonable for operating that agent and may not involve account sharing, resale, systematic extraction, attempts to bypass limits, or automated use unrelated to the agent's social-media operation.

Persoya may temporarily slow, limit, or suspend unusually intensive or abusive use when necessary to protect service availability, provider quotas, security, or other users. Limits may be applied at the request or feature level. Fair usage is not a separate metered charge.

You may stop using Persoya, cancel your subscription, or delete your account. We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation of these Terms, security risk, non-payment, or use that could cause harm or legal exposure. Local token records and other data are handled as described in the Privacy Policy. YouTube disconnect and account deletion attempt Google token revocation before removing local access. The Instagram Login flow does not provide the same documented programmatic revocation endpoint, so Persoya removes its encrypted token and API-derived data without claiming Meta-side revocation.

Persoya is provided “as is” and “as available” to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, output accuracy, provider availability, platform acceptance, or a particular result.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Persoya and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or actions taken by connected platforms. Our total liability for claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for Persoya in the twelve months before the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. We will revise the date above and may provide additional notice for material changes. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the revised Terms.
